Is AfriApp Store really free to use?+
Browsing and downloading zero-rated apps costs no mobile data on participating networks. Paid apps are charged through Flutterwave (card/bank) or AfriApp-Pay (MTN MoMo, M-Pesa) at checkout — the price shown is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. You're entitled to a refund if an app is materially different from how it was described, is defective, or fails our malware scan after you've received it — this reflects consumer-protection rights you already have under Nigerian, Kenyan, and comparable law, not something this policy limits. Change-of-mind refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't yet downloaded the app. See Terms of Service §5 for the full policy, or contact us to request one.
How do I request a refund?+
Email support@kliqa.africa (or use the contact form) with your account email and the purchase in question. Refunds are currently reviewed and processed manually — we don't have an automated in-app refund button yet, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply one exists.
Is my payment information safe?+
We never see or store your card or mobile-money credentials — Flutterwave and the AfriApp-Pay mobile-money rails handle that directly. Every app binary is scanned for malware before it's distributed (see Terms of Service §8), though no scan catches everything, so use normal judgment about what you install.
What if an app doesn't work as described?+
That's exactly what the refund policy above covers. Report it via Support and we'll review it.
What data do you collect about me, and what are my rights?+
See our Privacy Policy for the full picture. Depending on where you are, you have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and a regulator you can escalate to if we don't resolve a concern — see the summary on the Support page.
How long does support take to respond?+
See the response-time and escalation summary on the Support page.
